WIP Wednesday

 
Time to bite the bullet and get working on this today.  All the blocks are done, they just need to be sewn into a quilt top- but I had some trouble with those patch blocks and they might not be the exact right size, so I am kind of dreading putting all this together and hoping it goes well.  Lots of chocolate may be needed while working on this :)

    I really like the colors on this and the mix of density for the squares. It is very nice. Can't wait to see how it turns out!

      Thank you! I wish I could take credit for the fun pattern, but it is all from the mind of QuiltStory's Heather and Meg! Such a fun QAL they are hosting!

    Your quilt is so pretty. Maybe you could cut the patch blocks to match the others?

      Yes, that I exactly what I had to do. I worried I was going to mess up the HST points by doing that, but it really isn't very noticable (and I am trying to remember that I am my own harshest critic)
